I started playing badminton in Grade 4, and I haven’t looked back since

This sport has taught me invaluable lessons:

  1. Hard Work and Resilience – Making the team wasn’t easy; I had to train intensely, both on and off the court, to improve my skills and stamina.

  2. The Journey Over the Destination – I learned to accept defeat gracefully and bounce back with renewed effort. Playing to win is essential, but so is enjoying the game.

  3. Teamwork – Collaborating with different people has been one of my greatest lessons. Along the way, I’ve also made some of my closest friends.
